NAOMI AMOS

Pianist Naomi Amos received her B.A. at the University of Rochester and the Eastman School of Music, and her Master of Music at Eastman. In addition to numerous performances as soloist and accompanist, she has created music designs for 14 theatrical productions. Her most recent performances were a recital at Baldwin Wallace University, Berea, Ohio, and as a performer in the four-piano concert in the Gustavo Romero Music Festival in Lynchburg. She is also High Holy Days music director at Agudath Sholom congregation. This is her fifth involvement with Opera on the James; she was pianist for Romeo and Juliet, the 2008 Cabaret, La Boheme, and La Traviata. Naomi is Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Randolph College.
