Tom Carle, Tenor

Tom Carle is an emerging tenor extolled for his “tremendous enthusiasm, massive smile and bright, powerful voice.” On the operatic stage, Tom most recently appeared as Giuseppe in Sarasota Opera’s production of La Traviata, Fenton in Verdi’s Falstaff with Westminster Opera Theater, and Barry O’Day in Victor Herbert’s Eileen with VHRP Live! Other opera credits include Tom Rakewell in Brooklyn Opera’s The Rake’s Progress, Ecclitico in Westminster Opera Theater’s production of Il mondo della luna and Drunken Man in The Little Prince with Opera Fayetteville. Operetta and Musical Theater credits include Captain Ladislaw in Herbert’s Lady of the Slipper, Von Asterberg in Romberg’s The Student Prince and Jacey Squires in Willson’s The Music Man with The Ohio Light Opera.  Tom also frequently appears as a concert soloist with ensembles in the New York metro metropolitan area. His most recent projects included winter and fall residencies with Sarasota Opera as well as a summer residency with The Ohio Light Opera.
